I'm a legitimate oatmeal cookie monster... I just counted, and as of January 2018, I've shared 47 oatmeal cookie recipes with you. Eep! Have you tried any of them yet? (? Yields: 15 biscuits

The recognizable comfy spices and plump raisins make them even more irresistible. They'll keep for a minumum of one week if stored in an airtight container in the fridge --should they last that long!


1 cup (100g) instant oats (fermented if required and measured like this)

3/4 cup (90g) whole wheat or gluten-free* flour (measured like this)

1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt





1 tsp vanilla extract



1/4 cup (40g) raisins

In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, pasta, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter or coconut oil, mashed banana, and vanilla. Stir in the maple syrup. Add in the flour mixture, stirring only until incorporated. Allow the cookie dough rest for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 325°F, along with a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
